Sales & Business Development Manager - IT Sales BDM

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. You must be comfortable handling Domestic/International business calls, handling sales activities to reach out to prospects on communication & Digital platforms, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing the deals.

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • IT Product/Services Sales - Custom ERP, CRM, HRMS Software, Server services, Website technology, Apps (Android & iOS) development, Digital marketing services, eCommerce solutions, and IT consulting.
  • Identify IT Product/Sales opportunities in B2C / B2B and Corporate business in all possible industries.
  • Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing.
  • IT Sales proposal, quotation, presentation, and agreement drafting.
  • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects & clients.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Should have IT-based background and knowledge of IT marketing i.e Web Development & Mobile Application etc.
  • Identify requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
  • Provided technical advice to clients - Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer.
  • Knowledge of Fiverr, Upwork, International Sales, Corporate Sales would be a great advantage.
