Digital Marketing Manager (2-5 Years Exp)

As a Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will leverage various digital channels, platforms, and tools to reach and engage the target audience, while continuously optimizing campaigns based on datadriven insights.

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify digital trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Determine digital marketing channels and tactics to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
  • Set digital marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing tactics to improve effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine algorithm updates.
  • Track and analyze SEO metrics (e.g., keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks) and make datadriven recommendations to improve website performance.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising platforms).
  • Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.
  • Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and create compelling content.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention.
  • Segment the email database, create targeted campaigns, and optimize email templates for maximum engagement.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics (e.g., open rates, clickthrough rates), and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute highquality content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that aligns with the target audience and brand messaging.
  • Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Leverage content marketing tactics to drive website traffic and generate leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use datadriven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Website Management:
  • Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is userfriendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with the brand.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and improvements.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies, and ensure activities are within budgetary guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS & Computers. A technical background in IT can be advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Successful track record of achieving marketing targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
