IT Sales Executive / Associates / TelleCaller ( Female Only)

As an IT Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue by selling IT products, solutions, and services to clients. You will identify potential customers, build relationships, understand their business needs, present IT solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Your role involves a combination of sales, relationship management, and technical knowledge to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Articulate the value proposition of IT products, solutions, and services to address customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of IT solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to sales management.

SKILLS & PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Technical degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Apps, Websites, ERP, CRM, Digital Marketing, Will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales success.
