1. Purpose

This leave policy outlines the types of leaves available to employees at Webkype and the procedures for availing them. The policy ensures a balance between work commitments and personal well-being.

(E). Performance & Appraisals

Webkype Performance & Appraisals Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish a fair and transparent framework for evaluating employee performance and conducting appraisals at Webkype. The policy aims to motivate employees, recognize achievements, and ensure continuous professional growth.

This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, and contractual employees of Webkype.

Final Review & Discussion
